From start to finish they have been attentive and kept me fully informed of timescales. The price was very competitive and the end price was exactly as quoted including scaffolding and replastering where required. There was no nonsense such as “sign up today for a discount”, no pressure selling, they made helpful suggestions where I was unsure of options eg finishes to obscured windows in a bathroom. I had both new windows, an enlarged window and replacement of blown existing glass as well as a few other repairs to doors and windows. Rob, Paul and Max were unfailingly helpful and paid close attention to detail over and above expectations. They worked with great respect eg always removing their shoes indoors. Despite having brickwork changed, the house was left clean and dust free each day. I highly recommend them.’

‘I was very particular about the style of French doors that I wanted - Georgian style window frames with outward opening doors that don't blow shut. Fortunately, the team at New Vision were able to source them for me and they look great and are exactly what I wanted. I also had a garage door replaced. I communicated with Rob from quotation to installation, usually by text messages. He always replied very promptly and reassured me over any minor questions. When the doors arrived, he arranged a fitting day/time and that's exactly when they turned up (which is really important to me). The whole team were polite and courteous. They have done a great job and I'm very pleased with the new doors.’
